Restore purchases

Open the in-game store and tap "Restore Purchases." Apple will verify your transactions and re-activate any previously purchased items, including ad removal.

Remove ads

Ad-free access is available through the in-app store. Once purchased or restored, all banner, interstitial, and app-open ads will stop. Rewarded videos remain available optionally for bonus rewards.

Manage notifications

Toggle reminders on or off in the in-game settings. You can also manage notification permissions for the app in iOS Settings > Notifications.

Reset saved progress

Use the "Reset Game Data" option in the in-game settings to start fresh from Day 1. This clears all local save data on the device.

How do I report a bug?

Why am I still seeing ads after purchasing ad removal?

Make sure you've restored purchases using the same Apple ID that was used for the original transaction. If ads still appear, restart the app and try restoring again. If the issue persists, contact support.

Does the game require an internet connection?

The core gameplay works offline. An internet connection is only needed for loading ads, processing purchases, and syncing analytics data.

Does the game require an account to play?

No. Nomad Kitchen Tycoon does not require sign-up or login. Game progress is stored locally, and purchases are managed through your Apple ID.

How do I turn off personalized advertising?

You can decline tracking when prompted by iOS, or change your choice later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the EU/EEA, you can also manage consent from the in-app settings.

How do I delete my data?
